Key Responsibilities

As a member of the arenaflex Logistics Operations team, you will be responsible for a broad spectrum of tasks that include, but are not limited to:

• Initial Planning & Scheduling: Create and maintain detailed schedules for inbound and outbound vehicle shipments, ensuring alignment with production forecasts and customer delivery windows.
• Transportation Coordination: Book and negotiate the most cost‑effective sea and air freight options, working closely with carriers to secure capacity and optimal routing.
• Documentation Management: Prepare and verify all required shipping documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, IMO certifications) to guarantee compliance with international trade regulations.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor the logistics process against arenaflex’s internal quality standards (CI, SOPs, etc.) and industry regulations, proactively identifying and correcting deviations.
• Partner Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics partners, delivering rapid responses to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shipment lifecycle.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate and maintain logistics dashboards, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work hand‑in‑hand with Production, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to synchronize efforts and drive a unified customer experience.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation, cost reduction, and service enhancement, and champion initiatives that elevate arenaflex’s logistics excellence.

Essential Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates should meet the following baseline requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on logistics experience, preferably within automotive or high‑value product environments.
• Freight Knowledge: Demonstrated familiarity with sea and air cargo operations, Incoterms, and customs documentation.
• Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Salesforce (or comparable CRM platforms) for data extraction and analysis.
• Analytical Acumen: Ability to interpret complex data sets, spot trends, and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
