Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Remote Data Entry Consultant – Global Equity to join our Global Equity team. Key Responsibilities

As a Consultant on the Global Equity team, you will be an integral part of a high‑performing group that delivers end‑to‑end equity plan administration. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure compliance with equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) plans and stock‑purchase plans.
  • Processing the issuance of Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Stock Purchase Plan (SPP) matching ratio awards.
  • Reviewing equity transaction activity—including option exercises, RSU/PSU releases, and SPP activities—to guarantee accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting.
  • Researching, tracking, and responding to inquiries from participants, plan administrators, and other stakeholders.
  • Supporting the equity‑based LTI award delivery process and SPP enrollment activities.
  • Generating ad‑hoc data analytics and reports to aid ongoing operations and strategic decision‑making.
  • Maintaining and updating equity administration policies and documentation.
  • Performing additional equity‑plan administration tasks as assigned by senior team members.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following baseline requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
