  • At least 1 year of experience in equity plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable discipline.
  • Familiarity with multiple equity plan products, such as stock options, PSUs, and RSUs, is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly and efficiently.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS platforms—particularly Workday—and an understanding of data flow interdependencies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate findings into actionable recommendations.

  • Exposure to financial reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS) related to equity compensation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer‑service orientation.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with global teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, or other data‑analysis tools.
