Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including product owners, data engineers, and agile delivery squads—to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust data models that support the Voice‑of‑Customer (VoC) platform, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and compliance.
• Leverage big‑data technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python to process large‑volume survey datasets in both batch and real‑time environments.
• Build and optimize ETL pipelines that ingest, cleanse, and enrich survey data from multiple sources, including the cornerstone data platform.
• Implement automated testing frameworks to validate data quality, accuracy, and performance across a variety of use‑case scenarios.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across marketing, product, and operations.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, recommending and implementing solutions that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for VoC analytics, mentoring junior team members and sharing best practices across the organization.
• Participate in agile ceremonies—sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives—to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality features.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 + years of hands‑on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, and shell scripting in a production environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Technical Skills: Proven ability to design and implement data pipelines, data models, and analytics solutions using big‑data ecosystems.
