Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a customer‑service environment, preferably in a remote setting.

  • Ability to multitask effectively—maintaining a phone conversation while navigating multiple screens and taking detailed notes.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including rapid navigation of web‑based systems, data entry, and internet research.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Successful completion of a background check and ability to pass a verification process.

Technical Requirements for Remote Work
