  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners—including product, analytics, creative, and technology teams—to gather requirements, define campaign logic, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Perform rigorous quality assurance (QA) testing of campaigns, monitor performance in real time, and proactively address any delivery or data integrity concerns.
  • Analyze campaign results, generate actionable insights, and present findings to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Document processes, best practices, and standard operating procedures to support onboarding and knowledge sharing across the DCS&A organization.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience writing complex SQL queries, manipulating large datasets, and troubleshooting data quality issues.
  • At least 5 years of direct experience managing end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle processes, from planning through execution and post‑campaign analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical data insights into clear, compelling narratives for non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of relational database concepts, data modeling, and data warehousing principles.
  • Proven track record of influencing cross‑functional teams and building consensus through effective communication and critical thinking.
  • Experience working in large, matrixed organizations and navigating ambiguity while maintaining focus on deliverables.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Campaign Standard platforms.
  • Hands‑on experience developing complex marketing flows using multiple direct channels.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to support campaign execution and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS) or certifications in data analytics, marketing automation, or related disciplines.
  • Familiarity with social media APIs, programmatic advertising, and emerging channel technologies.
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Passion for storytelling and a deep appreciation for the entertainment and hospitality industry.

Core Competencies for Success
