Part-Time SLP ( Days/Week) | Virtual + Onsite | Paid Indirect Time

Part-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Flexible Schedule | Hybrid Opportunity Little Sparks Speech Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services for two small school-based contracts in Missouri. One placement is located in Dade County, MO and requires onsite services approximately one day per week. The second placement is fully virtual. These positions may be filled separately; however, preference will be given to candidates interested in serving both placements for a combined schedule of approximately 1.5-2 days per week. Position Highlights

• Approximately 1–2 days per week
• Small K–6 caseloads
• One onsite placement and one fully virtual placement
• Flexible scheduling
• Indirect services, documentation, and case management can be completed remotely
• Paid for all time worked, including direct and indirect services
• 1099 contract position
• Starting at $70+/hour
• Flexible compensation options available for the onsite placement, including travel pay, stipends, adjusted hourly rates, or customized arrangements based on provider availability and travel distance

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in accordance with student IEPs
• Complete documentation, progress reporting, and compliance requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Collaborate with school staff and families
• Maintain state and district compliance standards

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Missouri SLP license or eligibility for Missouri licensure
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
