Position Overview

We are currently hiring Customer Experience Concierges to provide best-in-class chat-based support to our premium Card Members. In this role, you will serve as a digital ambassador of the arenaflex brand, delivering personalized service, concierge-level assistance, and tailored recommendations through live chat interactions. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of building brand loyalty, resolving inquiries with creativity and empathy, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism and care.

This is a full-time remote position with a competitive hourly rate ranging from $20 to $30 per hour, commensurate with experience and performance. While the role is remote, the work location is tied to our Houston, USA operations hub, and successful candidates should be available to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Premium Chat Support: Serve as the first point of contact for premium Card Members reaching out via live chat, providing timely, accurate, and courteous assistance with inquiries ranging from account questions to lifestyle and travel recommendations.
  • Own the Customer Journey: Take full accountability for the customer's experience from the initial greeting through resolution, ensuring that every interaction ends with a sense of satisfaction and trust in arenaflex.
  • Build Brand Loyalty: Create innovative and personalized solutions to address customer concerns, transforming potentially negative experiences into opportunities to deepen brand advocacy and loyalty.
  • Apply a Customer-First Philosophy: Use a consultative approach to understand each customer's unique needs and expectations, recommending products, services, and solutions that genuinely add value.
  • Provide Concierge-Style Recommendations: Offer lifestyle, dining, travel, and entertainment suggestions tailored to the preferences of high-value Card Members, drawing on deep knowledge of premium offerings.
  • Travel Advisory Services: Deliver travel advice and basic reservation assistance, helping customers navigate itineraries, destinations, and logistics with confidence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external partners to fulfill Card Member requests, ensuring a seamless end-to-end service experience.
  • Adapt to Evolving Needs: Pivot quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, demonstrating resilience, resourcefulness, and sound judgment when unexpected situations arise.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate the following:

  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of recent experience serving premium or high-value customers in a professional setting.
  • Industry Background: Prior experience in the airline, airport lounge, travel, or hospitality industry is required, including exposure to reservation systems and booking processes.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: A genuine passion for anticipating customer needs and delivering proactive, thoughtful solutions.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Superior written communication abilities, with the capacity to charm, engage, and reassure customers through chat interactions.
