Role Overview

This full‑time, 12‑month contract position is 100 % remote. You will join a dedicated team of data specialists who handle high‑volume utility billing entries for a diverse portfolio of clients. The role demands a blend of rapid typing, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to strict service‑level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently and accurately input utility bill data from scanned documents, PDFs, and electronic feeds into arenaflex’s proprietary data management platform.
  • Maintain a consistent work pace to achieve daily and weekly entry targets, typically processing 1,200–1,500 records per shift.
  • Perform quality checks on entered data, flagging inconsistencies, missing fields, or potential errors for review by senior analysts.
  • Collaborate with the remote team via video conference, chat, and ticketing systems to resolve data ambiguities and ensure alignment on project priorities.
  • Manage multiple data entry streams simultaneously, prioritizing high‑impact tasks while adhering to established deadlines.
  • Utilize dual high‑resolution monitors and a 10‑key numeric keypad to maximize productivity and reduce entry errors.
