Key Responsibilities

As an Onsite Customer Service – Phone Support associate, you will be the primary point of contact for veterinary clinics, pet owners, and internal teams. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Communicating directly with veterinary offices to place, verify, and track prescription orders.

Essential Qualifications
