Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Front‑Desk Support

  • Answer the telephone switchboard promptly, greeting callers with professionalism and empathy.
  • Welcome visitors to the retail location, ensuring a warm, courteous, and organized first impression.
  • Assist members with basic inquiries such as payment processing, account updates, and general information requests.
  • Log each service inquiry accurately, capturing relevant details for follow‑up and reporting.
  • Schedule sales and service appointments for retail team members, coordinating calendars to maximize efficiency.
  • Direct calls and messages to the appropriate department or team member, ensuring timely resolution.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Handle incoming faxes, scan documents, and maintain an organized electronic filing system.
  • Prepare and distribute member correspondence, marketing materials, and internal communications.
  • Maintain inventory of retail supplies, promotional items, and hospitality area provisions, placing orders as needed.
  • Perform routine data entry and database updates to keep member records current and accurate.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Execute occasional deliveries to postal services and coordinate outbound mailings.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certifications in office administration or customer service is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of customer‑service experience, preferably in a telephone‑based or retail environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to learn new software tools quickly.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication abilities; clear, concise, and courteous interaction with members and colleagues.

  • Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis and be able to begin work on the agreed start date.
  • Location: This part‑time, fully onsite position is based in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Candidates must reside in one of the approved states (Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or Wisconsin).
