Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Customer Engagement: Answer inbound calls, chat messages, and email inquiries from pharmacy customers across the United States, with a primary focus on Kentucky residents.
  • Problem Solving & Resolution: Research order histories, medication details, and shipping statuses to identify root causes and provide effective, compliant solutions.
  • Proactive Follow‑Up: Ensure every issue is fully resolved by following up with customers, confirming satisfaction, and documenting outcomes in arenaflex’s CRM system.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Apply knowledge of pharmacy regulations, including Kentucky Rx Tech licensing requirements, to maintain safety and compliance in every interaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑focused environment, preferably within retail, e‑commerce, or pharmacy support.
