Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research across local, regional, and national territories to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and new revenue opportunities.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, pricing structures, and distribution channels to recommend optimized go‑to‑market approaches that align with ROI objectives.
  • Craft compelling business value propositions based on the “voice of the customer,” ensuring long‑term value creation and sustained partnership.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and finance stakeholders to design and deliver tailored digital transformation roadmaps.
  • Promote compliant, profitable digital initiatives that strengthen client relationships, maximize portfolio growth, and enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and track key performance indicators to meet or exceed quarterly targets.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in technical customer engagement and account management, with a proven track record of generating product sales and leading negotiations.
  • Project Management: At least 24 months of hands‑on experience managing complex projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong business relationships, understand client needs, and translate those needs into actionable solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with arenaflex Dynamics CRM (or comparable CRM platforms), sales prospecting, pipeline development, and forecasting.
  • Marketing Acumen: Minimum of 12 months of experience developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive demand and support account growth.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills
