Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and helpful information in every interaction.
  • Assist customers with a wide range of order-related questions, including order tracking, returns, exchanges, refunds, and delivery updates.
  • Provide clear and detailed information about products, services, promotions, and policies to help customers make informed decisions.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
