Role Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Remote Travel Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic data team. In this role, you will be the guardian of our travel information—ensuring that flight schedules, hotel inventories, tour packages, and pricing details are entered accurately, verified rigorously, and kept current. Your work will directly impact the reliability of our travel search engine, the satisfaction of our customers, and the efficiency of internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Maintenance

  • Accurately input travel‑related data (flight numbers, departure/arrival times, hotel room types, tour itineraries, pricing, and ancillary services) into the arenaflex master database.
  • Perform routine updates to reflect schedule changes, cancellations, new inventory, and promotional offers.
  • Maintain standardized data formats and naming conventions to ensure consistency across all records.

Quality Control & Validation

  • Conduct thorough reviews of newly entered data, cross‑checking against source documents, supplier feeds, and industry standards.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies, duplicate entries, or missing fields within minutes of detection.
  • Utilize validation scripts and automated tools to flag potential errors before they reach production.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Document all data entry activities, including source references, validation steps, and any corrective actions taken.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on data accuracy metrics, error rates, and process improvement initiatives.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with the Supplier Relations team to obtain the latest inventory feeds and resolve data gaps.

Process Improvement & Innovation
