Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our fast‑growing support team. In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex, handling inbound calls, chats, and emails from guests and hosts alike. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy.

Essential Qualifications
