Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • Minimum of one year experience in a high‑volume call‑center environment, preferably supporting small‑business or trade‑industry clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to type at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk) is highly desirable.
