Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, and technology teams to gather and refine functional requirements for VOC data pipelines.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust data models that support both batch and real‑time analytics using Hadoop, HDFS, Hive, Spark, and Python.
• Perform high‑volume data entry and validation tasks through live‑chat platforms, ensuring a 99.9% accuracy rate.
• Build and optimize ETL processes that ingest survey responses from Qualtrics and other sources into the arenaflex data lake.
• Conduct comprehensive testing—including unit, integration, and performance testing—to guarantee data integrity across all use cases.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on best practices for big‑data processing and scripting (Shell, PySpark, Python).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data pipelines, data dictionaries, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks, reducing manual effort by at least 30% within the first six months.
• Support cross‑functional teams (GSN, AET) in prioritizing, defining, and analyzing statistical metrics for diverse business scenarios.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Hadoop ecosystem tools (Hive, HDFS, MapReduce) and Python‑based data processing frameworks (PySpark, Pandas).
