Our Global Equity team is the backbone of arenaflex’s long‑term incentive programs, stock‑based compensation, and equity‑plan administration. As a Remote Data Entry Consultant, you will support the accurate processing of performance share units (PSUs), restricted stock units (RSUs), and stock‑option awards that align employee performance with the company’s strategic goals. This entry‑level position offers a unique gateway into finance, HR, and equity‑plan management, providing hands‑on experience with industry‑standard tools such as Workday and other HRIS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure compliance with equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) plans and stock‑plan enrollment requirements.
  • Process the issuance, vesting, and settlement of PSUs, RSUs, and stock‑option awards, maintaining meticulous records for each transaction.
  • Review equity transaction activity—including exercise events, releases, and plan enrollments—to guarantee timely and accurate reporting.
  • Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, payroll partners, and other stakeholders, delivering clear and concise explanations.
  • Support the equity‑based LTI award delivery process, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless plan administration.
  • Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reports that inform operational improvements and strategic decision‑making.
  • Maintain and update equity‑plan documentation, ensuring all policies, procedures, and system configurations are current.
  • Assist with additional equity‑plan administration tasks as needed, including data migration, system testing, and process enhancements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in equity‑plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with multiple equity‑plan instruments—stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and stock‑plan matching ratios—is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Understanding of HRIS platforms (Workday experience highly valued) and the flow of data between finance, HR, and payroll systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the capacity to translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience working in a global, matrix‑structured organization.
  • Exposure to equity‑plan reporting standards such as ASC 718, IFRS 2, or local tax regulations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, or other data‑analysis tools.
  • Customer‑service orientation with a focus on delivering timely, accurate support.
