Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, goal‑oriented individuals to join our remote Customer Service team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, resolve a wide variety of customer inquiries, and apply proven sales techniques to retain and grow our subscriber base. Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls promptly, listen actively, and diagnose customer needs with empathy and precision.

  • Technology Utilization: Operate arenaflex’s proprietary CRM, ticketing, and analytics tools while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
  • Performance Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handle time, first‑call resolution, and sales conversion rates, and report insights to supervisors.
  • Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing training programs, webinars, and certification courses to stay current on product updates and industry trends.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in business, communications, or related fields are a plus.
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years experience in a high‑volume customer service or sales environment, preferably within a remote setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and handle objection‑driven conversations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, friendly, and professional tone.
  • Strong multitasking abilities; comfortable navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.

Technical & Home Office Requirements

  • Reliable high‑speed internet: minimum 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download; wired Ethernet connection preferred.

  • Smartphone (iOS or Android, 4 years old or newer) for app‑based communications and internal alerts.

Compensation & Benefits
