Why This Role Matters

The Remote Data Entry Consultant – Global Equity Operations is a pivotal entry‑level position that supports arenaflex’s equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) programs. You will work directly with the Global Equity team to ensure accurate processing of stock‑based compensation, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and provide world‑class service to internal stakeholders worldwide. This role offers a unique blend of data‑driven analysis, cross‑functional collaboration, and exposure to high‑impact financial instruments—all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

Core Equity Administration Tasks

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to verify operational compliance of equity‑based LTI plans, including stock options, Performance Share Units (PSU), and Restricted Stock Units (RSU).
  • Process the issuance, vesting, and settlement of PSUs, RSUs, and stock option matching awards with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Review equity transaction activity—such as option exercises, RSU releases, and stock purchase plan (SPP) enrollments—to ensure accurate timing, pricing, and reporting.
  • Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, payroll partners, and other stakeholders, delivering clear and timely resolutions.
  • Support the administration of equity‑based LTI award delivery processes, including enrollment, amendment, and termination activities.
  • Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reports that inform operational improvements and strategic decision‑making.
  • Maintain and update equity administration policies, procedures, and documentation to reflect evolving regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Assist with additional equity‑related projects and tasks as assigned by senior team members.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with HRIS teams (primarily Workday) to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  • Liaise with finance, tax, payroll, and legal departments to coordinate complex equity transactions.
  • Provide clear, concise communication to global participants, ensuring they understand their equity awards and related processes.
  • Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience and drive continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • At least 1 year of experience in equity plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable discipline is preferred.
  • Familiarity with multiple equity plan products, including stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and stock purchase plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly and efficiently.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS platforms—especially Workday—and an understanding of data flow interdependencies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer‑service orientation.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience with equity administration software (e.g., E*TRADE, Fidelity, or similar).
  • Exposure to regulatory compliance frameworks such as SEC Rule 701, IFRS 2, or ASC 718.
  • Advanced Excel or data‑visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Project‑management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile).
  • Multilingual abilities or experience working in a globally distributed team.

Core Competencies for Success

  • Detail‑Oriented: Precision in data entry and audit processes is non‑negotiable.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Team Player: Comfortable collaborating across time zones and cultures.
  • Customer‑Focused: Proactive in addressing participant questions and delivering a superior service experience.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast‑changing environment and embrace continuous learning.
