Their model is service-based, focused on driving measurable growth and improving sales pipelines for their clients. ✍ Role Overview: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for driving early-stage sales activities by prospecting, engaging, and nurturing leads throughout the funnel. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, following up with inbound inquiries, and building strong relationships to support appointment setting and eventual sales conversions. The SDR plays a key role in maintaining consistent communication with prospects, ensuring accurate CRM tracking, and supporting the overall sales pipeline. This position requires a results-driven mindset and strong communication skills to effectively engage with small business clients. 🌎 Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only) 🗣 Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+) ⏰ Schedule: Full-time, aligned with EST 😀 Start Date: ASAP 💰 Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary in USD. PTO and paid U.S. holidays. 💼 Responsibilities: - Identify and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting efforts across different channels. - Follow up with inbound leads and guide them through the early stages of the sales funnel. - Build and maintain relationships with prospects to support long-term engagement and conversion. - Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales team. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, tracking all interactions and follow-ups. - Support sales closing efforts as needed by assisting with prospect qualification and communication. 💡 Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on prospecting, lead follow-up, and appointment setting. - Proven experience supporting or closing sales and driving conversions. - Proven experience within a marketing or agency environment. - Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to identify and address small business pain points. - Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and track interactions. - Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus. 📩 If you meet the experience outlined above, we’d love to hear from you.
