Senior Linux Technical Support/ Maintenance Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Linux Technical Support/Maintenance Engineer to join Red Hat's talented team. If you’re a highly motivated individual with a passion for troubleshooting and problem solving, and have expertise in Linux system administration and maintenance, this is the perfect role for you! To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Linux systems administration and maintenance, and a strong understanding of Linux scripting and automation tools. You must also have experience with networking technologies and a good understanding of software development life cycles. A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.If you're a confident communicator and an enthusiastic team player with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities: Provide technical support and maintenance services for Red Hat Linux systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Linux systems. Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools for Linux systems. Monitor and optimize performance of Linux systems. Coordinate with other teams to ensure successful deployment of Linux systems. Maintain documentation on Linux systems and configurations. Work with vendors to resolve issues and provide support. Provide superior customer service and problem-solving skills. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Stay up-to-date with latest developments in Linux technologies. Red Hat is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
