What You'll Be Doing
- First and second-chair trial work with upcoming trials this Fall
- Advising employers on high-stakes HR matters, handbooks, and employment agreements
- Representing both defense and selective plaintiff clients in employment litigation
- Supporting executive separations, C-suite negotiations, and equity compensation matters
About You
- 5 to 8 years of labor and employment litigation experience from a well-established firm
- Must be a current California resident and active CA bar member
- Plaintiff-side experience is a meaningful differentiator here
- Entrepreneurial mindset with genuine interest in building a practice, not just billing hours
