Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Maintenance

  • Accurately input and update data across multiple arenaflex‑managed systems, ensuring each record reflects the most current information.
  • Perform routine verification checks to confirm data completeness and correctness before final submission.
  • Identify, flag, and correct entry errors using established quality‑control protocols, reducing rework and enhancing overall data integrity.

Data Management & Organization

  • Maintain both electronic and paper filing systems in a structured, searchable format that aligns with arenaflex’s data‑governance policies.
  • Safeguard confidential client and internal information, adhering to privacy standards and security best practices.
  • Generate, format, and distribute regular reports that support cross‑functional teams, from sales to logistics.

Quality Assurance & Process Improvement

  • Conduct systematic audits of data sets to detect inconsistencies, gaps, or duplication.
  • Collaborate with teammates to resolve discrepancies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to data‑entry workflows, leveraging automation tools where appropriate to boost efficiency.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between the data team and other departments, clarifying data‑related questions and gathering supplemental information when needed.

Essential Qualifications
