Key Responsibilities

As a Passenger Service Agent at arenaflex, you will take on a multifaceted role that combines customer service, operational coordination, and problem-solving. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Passenger Check-In Operations: Greet passengers at the ticket counter and gates, process check-ins efficiently, and handle luggage with care and accuracy. You will ensure that every piece of baggage is properly tagged, weighed, and routed to its correct destination while maintaining the highest standards of security and care.
  • Customer Concern Resolution: Patiently and empathetically address customer concerns, complaints, and questions related to ticketing, baggage handling, flight changes, and other travel-related issues. You will serve as a trusted resource for passengers during what can often be stressful travel moments.
  • Flight Information and Inquiries: Knowledgeably answer questions about flight schedules, fares, seat assignments, boarding procedures, airline policies, and general travel information. You will serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for arenaflex and our airline partners.
  • Gate Announcements and Public Address Communications: Make clear, professional announcements at the gate and over the general PA system regarding flight activity, boarding calls, delays, gate changes, and other critical information. Your communication skills will keep passengers informed and operations running smoothly.
  • Flight Movement Coordination: Take responsibility for all flight movement messages between the gate, ground handling team, flight crew, and airport vendors. You will be a vital link in the communication chain that ensures every flight operates safely and on schedule.
  • Safety and Security Compliance: Adhere strictly to all TSA regulations, airport security protocols, and arenaflex safety standards. You will be vigilant in identifying and reporting any security concerns and will play an active role in maintaining a safe environment for passengers and colleagues alike.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow agents, ground crew, airline representatives, and airport personnel to ensure seamless operations. Your ability to collaborate effectively will be essential to delivering a superior passenger experience.
