Job Description: Job Duck is seeking a driven and compassionate Intake Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a critical role in converting inquiries into scheduled consultations. This role blends client service, intake coordination, and light sales support, requiring someone who can communicate clearly, stay organized, and guide potential clients confidently through next steps. The Intake Specialist will manage incoming calls, gather essential information, and ensure a smooth and professional experience from the first interaction. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, follows processes closely, and balances empathy with firm office policies. Success in this role means helping clients feel supported while keeping the firm’s workflow efficient and consistent.

  • Compensation Range: 1142 USD to 1220 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy on all calls Conduct client intake by gathering and documenting relevant information Schedule consultations accurately and efficientl Enter and update client data within the CRM system Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth handoffs Guide potential clients through next steps including consultation payments Follow established intake scripts and internal processes consistently Answer incoming calls and act as the primary receptionist for prospective clients Requirements:

  • Full time role aligned with Eastern Time
  • Working hours are 08:15 a.m. to 05:15 p.m. EST
  • English proficiency required
  • Position involves regular inbound and outbound phone communication
  • Average daily call volume is fewer than 30 calls
