We are seeking experienced, executive sales leaders to join our growing sales organization. The Key Account Manager (KAM) position is considered a senior sales leadership role on our National Sales Team and is expected to have 7-10+ years of executive sales experience. The KAM will have a proven, documented track record with consistency exceeding annual sales targets as well as a strong history of winning multi-million, multi-year services contracts. Experience selling to specific verticals (Transportation, Education, Healthcare, Sports & Entertainment, etc.) is highly preferred COMPENSATION $130-150,000 Base Salary plus commission. Annual target earnings at goal will be between $250,000-300,000 Paid holidays and vacation time Health Benefits Package Ancillary benefits—Life insurance, Long Term Disability, FSA, and Dependent Spending care 401K Opportunity for Sales & Leadership Growth PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES In this newly created role, we are looking for a goal-oriented, strategic sales executives to assist with developing ‘Key Accounts’ within each of Pritchard’s core regions. The Key Account Manager is tasked with developing strategic regional sales plans that will include the identification of Key Accounts in 1-3 targeted verticals (Education, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Sports & Entertainment, Transportation/Aviation, Distribution / Logistics / Manufacturing, etc.). The KAM will be assigned a set of targeted accounts to pursue each year and will be responsible for winning new business that will result in significant top line revenue growth for the organization. The following areas are considered to be important elements of the role. Utilize multiple forms of prospecting (strategic email campaigns, social media outlets/Linked-In, phone prospecting, industry events, etc.) to schedule exploratory meetings Actively participate in networking groups, as well as industry and professional associations, to develop, build and sustain a robust set of professional relationships in the territory. Develop strategic territory and account pursuit plans. Manage assigned Strategic Account Opportunities that will be a minimum of $1.5M in revenue contract potential Develop and Manage a healthy sales pipeline to support meeting monthly/quarterly revenue and profit targets Monthly/Quarterly sales forecasting Achieve sales goal consistently on a monthly/quarterly basis. WORK EXPERIENCE The qualified candidate is preferred to have the following experience and attributes: 7+ plus years of Sales experience. Experience leveraging facility management services and solutions within a specific set of industry verticals drive sales and client engagement. Superior relationship-building skills in both face-to-face and remote environments. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with CRM (MS Dynamics 365 (preferred), HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Willingness to prospect and generate leads, appointments, and sales. REQUIREMENTS Desired Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Facilities Sales/Operational work experience. Equivalent field experience shall consist of a minimum of three to five years of successful sales experience as detailed above. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
