The opportunity We are currently seeking a collaborative professional to join us as a QA Coordinator within the Office of Academic Governance, Operations, and Standards (AGOS) here at SNHU. In this role, you will contribute to the effective and efficient operations of our Quality Assurance team. Together, we focus on supporting many aspects of daily operations within AGOS and across the university. As part of our team, you will help us build expertise across a variety of processes and tasks that support both salaried and hourly team members. You will work with us to ensure alignment with policies and procedures, uphold accreditation standards, and contribute to solutions that enhance the learner experience through a focus on quality and continuous improvement. This role is fully remote, and reports to the QA Team Lead. #LI-Remote What You'll Do: Auditing Processes & Data Integrity Engage with confidential and sensitive data for learners, faculty, and staff with the highest level of ethics, integrity, and data security. Audit outcomes of processes to verify accuracy and highlight areas for refinement. Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, triage, investigate, and escalate process or data integrity concerns. Perform audits of large data sets from multiple departments to ensure compliance, affirm data quality, and maintain accreditation standards. Examples of supported work: work product, historical audits, process audits, and data gathering. Data Analysis & Investigation Engage in critical analysis and decision-making to evaluate identified inconsistencies, investigate related issues, and assess potential future impacts. Assist with data collection, pattern identification, and process improvement through embedded collaboration. Process Expertise & Replication Develop subject matter expertise in processes spanning diverse departments, ensuring clarity and specificity, such as Accreditation & Licensure, Enrollment Support Services, the Office of the University Registrar, and the Office of Global Initiatives. Precisely replicate intricate tasks and processes of both hourly and salaried employees to validate and ensure the accuracy of stakeholders from various departments. Accreditation & Compliance Remain informed regarding policies and procedures tied to accreditation standards, applicable guidelines, and best practices to help ensure compliance. Research accreditation standards and policies, evaluating their impact on the University and its alignment with industry standards. Stakeholder Support & Communication Deliver stakeholder support according to SNHU Core Values, identifying and escalating potential issues when necessary. Collaborate with QA leadership to develop training materials for both departmental and cross-departmental tasks/processes. Task Management & Systems Navigation Adjust between multiple projects and tasks, ensuring efficiency and focus. Navigate multiple university systems housing data for learners and faculty/staff. Examples: Banner, Kuali, Perceptive Content, Degree Works, Unify, Canvas, and various legacy systems. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $21.09 - $33.76. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
