They are seeking an energetic and bilingual Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for commercial janitorial employees, ensuring staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire hiring process for janitorial and facility service roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Source candidates through various channels such as online job boards, social media, community partnerships, and recruiting events
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess qualifications and fit
- Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate pre-employment activities like drug screenings and orientations, and guide new hires through onboarding procedures to ensure all documentation is completed accurately
- Maintain detailed applicant records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for tracking progress and reporting
- Create compelling job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential hires to ensure readiness for current and future staffing needs
- Meet hiring goals and staffing deadlines while providing exceptional customer service to candidates, employees, and hiring managers
- Support special recruiting projects and other HR-related tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the HR team
Skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both languages
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting interviews
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer systems
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Pass a comprehensive background check
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, recruiting, staffing, or human resources
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
