Hibu is a high-growth digital marketing leader seeking a Business Development Representative to join their Inside Sales team. In this role, you will connect with small and medium-sized businesses, identify their needs, present tailored digital marketing solutions, and build long-term relationships that drive results.
Responsibilities
- Interact with warm leads through strategic calls, emails, and social outreach
- Deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase Hibu’s all-in-one digital platform — websites, SEO/SEM, display ads, social media, and more
- Drive revenue by converting prospects into loyal clients
- Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients grow their business through strategic marketing
- Continuously learn and master Hibu’s products, tools, and sales techniques
- Compete, collaborate, and celebrate wins with a high-energy team
Skills
- Passionate about sales, digital marketing, and helping small businesses succeed
- Comfortable with outbound calling and prospecting
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results
- Excellent communicator with strong time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
