Role Overview

We are seeking a Data‑Savvy Customer Service Representative to join arenaflex as a full‑time remote team member. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling email and live‑chat inquiries, guiding users through the setup of custom reports, and providing clear, data‑driven explanations of their analytics results. You will also have occasional opportunities to create documentation, record tutorial videos, and engage directly with larger clients via phone or video calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails using our help‑desk platform (arenaflex), ensuring each query is fully understood and addressed.
  • Provide live‑chat assistance to select customers, guiding them through setup steps, troubleshooting issues, and clarifying feature usage.
  • Assist merchants in creating custom reports, designing formulas, and scheduling automated data exports to external tools such as arenaflex.
  • Investigate and explain report outcomes, translating technical data findings into clear business insights for non‑technical users.
  • Handle inquiries related to product features, pricing, refunds, and general interface questions with empathy and accuracy.
  • Record concise, high‑quality screencast videos that demonstrate specific functionalities, helping customers visualize solutions.
  • Draft and maintain up‑to‑date documentation for new and existing features, ensuring knowledge is accessible to both customers and internal teams.
  • Participate in occasional phone or video calls with larger clients to provide personalized walkthroughs and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to relay customer feedback, identify recurring pain points, and suggest product improvements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized ticketing system, tagging, and categorizing issues for efficient resolution and reporting.

Essential Qualifications
