Position Overview

arenaflex Transportation is currently hiring for the position of Remote Data Entry and Transportation Analytics Specialist. This role is an integral part of our Transportation Department, supporting the day-to-day operations of our extensive H.L. Transportation Fleet. Key Responsibilities

• Fleet Support: Providing dedicated support to the H.L. Transportation Fleet by ensuring that all data related to fleet operations, maintenance schedules, and vehicle performance is accurately recorded, updated, and maintained in a timely manner.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Consulting and communicating regularly with managers, supervisors, and other key stakeholders to outline, define, and prioritize enterprise needs related to transportation logistics and operational improvements.

• Spreadsheet Management: Building, creating, and maintaining multiple Excel spreadsheets that track key performance indicators, operational metrics, maintenance logs, and other critical data points essential to the transportation department’s success.
