Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Serve as the first point of contact for members via telephone, email, fax, web chat, and electronic mail, delivering courteous and accurate information.
  • Research member accounts using arenaflex’s proprietary systems, policies, and regulatory guidelines to resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Escalate sensitive or complex requests to senior specialists when necessary, ensuring timely and appropriate follow‑up.
  • Stay current with evolving state and federal regulations, proactively updating knowledge to maintain compliance and protect member interests.
  • Recommend additional arenaflex products and services that align with member needs, enhancing satisfaction and contributing to transaction profitability.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, maintaining a clear audit trail for future reference.
  • Participate actively in ongoing virtual training sessions, sharing best practices and learning from peers and mentors.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues, suggesting process improvements that can streamline operations and improve the member experience.

Essential Qualifications – What We Need From You

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). Additional education in health services, business, or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years in a customer‑service environment, preferably within health insurance or a related industry.
  • Technical Requirements: Reliable high‑speed internet connection, a dedicated, distraction‑free workspace, and a computer that meets arenaflex’s system specifications.
  • Availability: Ability to complete a 9‑12 week virtual training program (8:00 am – 4:30 pm Central Time, Monday‑Friday) and work flexible 8.5‑hour shifts between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm Central Time after training.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a clear, empathetic tone that puts members at ease.
  • Problem‑Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze information, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions quickly.
