Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, Danish‑speaking Remote Customer Service Representative to become part of our technical support team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance with smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other connected devices. You will diagnose issues, guide users through troubleshooting steps, and ensure every interaction ends with a satisfied, empowered customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, chat sessions, and email inquiries from Danish‑speaking customers across a variety of device categories.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems ranging from basic connectivity issues to more complex software glitches.
  • Document each customer interaction accurately in arenaflex’s CRM system to maintain up‑to‑date records and support analytics.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product specialists, quality assurance, and escalation engineers—to provide seamless resolutions.
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions, knowledge‑sharing forums, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas for process enhancements, knowledge‑base articles, and self‑service resources that empower customers to solve issues independently.

Essential Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Native‑level fluency in Danish and strong command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Residency: Must reside in Denmark and work from a registered Danish address; remote work from abroad is not permitted.
  • Technical Aptitude: Genuine interest in consumer electronics, mobile operating systems, and emerging tech trends.
  • Customer Service Mindset: Demonstrated ability to deliver courteous, empathetic, and solution‑focused support.
  • Home Office Setup: Quiet, distraction‑free workspace with reliable broadband internet and a dedicated headset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call‑center or remote technical support environment.
