Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Subscriber Analytics team within the broader Streaming division. This critical role focuses on the accurate calculation and management of subscriber balances across arenaflex's comprehensive streaming portfolio, including flagship platforms that deliver premium entertainment to our global audience.

The Senior Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting ongoing subscriber valuation for various business-critical initiatives within arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

The Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex will be responsible for managing and executing critical data processes that directly impact subscriber communications, revenue recognition, and customer satisfaction. • Manage intake and documentation of data requirements related to subscriber communication initiatives, including price increases, subscriber promotions, and new data collection efforts, as well as incident remediation processes to ensure proper customer compensation
• Develop sophisticated SQL queries based on complex business logic, including legally mandated requirements, to identify the precise recipients of subscriber communications and/or remediation actions
• Communicate business requirements effectively to technical teams, providing concise summaries of technical progress and potential obstacles to business stakeholders
• Cultivate deep expertise in subscriber balance management and the underlying technical systems that support subscriber data across arenaflex's streaming platforms
• Oversee project planning and timelines while managing cross-functional execution to ensure successful delivery of projects aligned with critical business events
• Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance teams through the development of robust communication processes and operational playbooks
• Collaborate with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering teams to design robust reporting solutions that minimize data discrepancies and ensure information integrity
• Partner with incident management teams to identify subscribers affected by platform issues requiring primary and legal remediation
• Work closely with Business Operations and Trade Engineering to maintain subscriber balance integrity and ensure proper refund processing when required

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role at arenaflex, candidates must demonstrate a strong foundation in data analysis, technical proficiency, and exceptional communication skills. The following qualifications represent the minimum requirements for consideration:

• 3+ years of professional experience developing SQL queries, particularly in ETL processing pipeline environments
• 3+ years of analytical experience with a proven track record of translating data into actionable business insights
