- Experience working with agile development teams
- Technical background or familiarity with software development processes
- Experience with SaaS platforms or digital products
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup or innovative tech environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; an MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of progressive experience in product management or related role
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
- 2+ years of specific experience in the MarTech, Customer Engagement, or Retention marketing product space
