[Remote] Marketing Paid Consultant - GTM Launch & Sales Enablement

The role involves participating in a one-time, paid, project-based interview to provide insights on GTM launch planning, sales enablement, and related workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Building GTM launch plans, launch tiers, timelines, workstreams, and readiness criteria
  • Coordinating launch execution across product, sales, marketing, support, leadership, and legal
  • Creating enablement assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, demo scripts, and battlecards
  • Driving field rollout, training, content discoverability, feedback loops, and retirement of stale assets
  • Explaining workflows specifically within: GTM launch planning, readiness management, sales enablement asset creation, field rollout, and content governance workflows

Skills

  • 7+ years in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, or launch management in a B2B or technology organisation
  • Direct, hands-on experience in GTM launch planning, readiness management, sales enablement asset creation, field rollout, and content governance workflows
  • Experience making or influencing decisions related to launch tiering, go/no-go evidence, workstream readiness, training needs, asset prioritisation, approval requirements, and enablement effectiveness
  • Familiarity with tools such as: Asana, Jira, Productboard, Highspot, Seismic, Salesforce, Gong, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, Figma, Miro
  • Strong ability to clearly explain workflows, decisions, and reasoning
  • Experience owning or directly executing these workflows in a real production environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with HR, legal, payroll, finance, HRIS, business leaders, people managers, or compensation committee stakeholders as relevant to the workflow
