Responsibilities
- Prepare, format, and review complex documents in Word and PDF, utilizing advanced features such as tracked changes and data extraction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, healthcare, policy, and finance professionals, to support diverse project needs
- Translate complex research findings into clear, concise reports and presentations tailored for Fortune 500 standards
- Evaluate and synthesize academic literature, legal documents, or industry data to inform project outcomes
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with designated guidelines in all written deliverables
Skills
- Have a minimum of relevant professional experience in academic research, legal, policy, healthcare, or related sectors
- Possess a Master's degree, PhD, or JD from a recognized institution
- Demonstrate expertise in preparing and reviewing Word and PDF documents, including tracked changes and data extraction
- Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Be able to manage multiple priorities in a remote, deadline-driven environment
- Have experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on complex deliverables
