They are seeking a Senior Sales Representative for Pelvic Health to manage territory business, develop strategic implanting centers, and establish key referral networks while promoting InterStim devices. This role requires frequent travel within the assigned territory and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Selling InterStim devices for specific therapies to physicians, institutions, payors, and other appropriate medical staff
  • Partnering with strategic implanting centers to develop the account/implanter practice through
  • Providing product and therapy technical support and service
  • Including consultation of strategic management and analysis of trends
  • Utilization of appropriate Neuro business partners to present marketing and business plans to accounts for territory development and growth
  • Other activities as they arise, as assigned buy the sales leadership

Skills

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years of experience
  • OR Associate's Degree AND 6+ years of experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience
  • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
  • Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
  • Must be able to drive approximately 50% of the time within assigned territory and may require overnight travel
  • Solid knowledge of the Reimbursement climate
