Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Squadron Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Revenue Growth to lead their revenue growth strategy and execution. This role involves using pricing, promotion, trade investment, mix management, and analytics to deliver sustainable and profitable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company’s revenue growth strategy across channels, customers, and product portfolios
  • Lead pricing, promotion, trade investment, and pack/portfolio architecture initiatives to improve revenue and margin
  • Build and maintain revenue models, forecasts, dashboards, and performance reporting to support decision-making
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial Strategy teams to align plans and priorities
  • Identify revenue opportunities, evaluate scenarios, and recommend actions to improve net sales and gross profit
  • Establish guardrails, policies, and governance for pricing and revenue management
  • Lead cross-functional projects and support process improvement across revenue management workflows
  • Coach and develop team members while driving a culture of accountability and performance

Skills

  • 15+ years of experience in revenue growth management, pricing, revenue management, commercial strategy, or related roles
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across functions
  • Experience in consumer goods, retail, manufacturing, or similar commercial environments
