[Remote] Business Process Outsourcing Sales Executive

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Movate is a human-centered technology and experience services company redefining business operations and customer engagements. They are seeking a BPO - Sales Executive responsible for end-to-end relationship and sales cycle management to grow revenue and strengthen relationships across a portfolio of B2C support service customers.

Responsibilities

  • Going beyond Net New Logos, mapping new LOB’s / Stakeholders, and positioning Movate services
  • Own and exceed revenue targets through proactive hunting mindset and sharp focus on deal closure
  • Proven track record of being able to bring New Logos and new buying centers from a portfolio of Movate's existing, high potential growth accounts
  • As an Sales Professional, you would be responsible for driving relationship elevation and business growth by presenting Movate solution offerings and capabilities to customers clearly articulating our value proposition and differentiators with right alignment
  • Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, proactive ideas, price decisions which space, etc
  • Use internal Sales Tracking tools diligently to maintain full record of all sales activity and generate reports for stakeholders providing visibility to the sales pipeline
  • High visibility role that will manage some of Movate’s most strategic growth clients and will require strategic thinking and navigation to close
  • Goals are to own growth from new stakeholders and new lines of business under existing stakeholders and will NOT count growth from the existing book of business
  • Holistically own the relationship and liaise with operations and client services to meet all client expectations
  • Identify and implement comprehensive business development and account strategies by leveraging the entirety of Movate’s service offerings
  • Contribute to and execute Go-to-Market strategy for Movate
  • Accountable for overall sales performance, and align sales objectives with firm business strategy, keeping in mind corporate policies, procedures, systems
  • Ensure client services team members are driving operations to consistently meet or exceed all financial and non-financial KPIs and add continual value to the client

Skills

  • 10+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management experience selling BPO services across global delivery geos, workstreams and industries
  • Ability to analyze latest marketing trends and track competitor's activities, providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies
  • Ability to understand and position progressive technology driven solutions to reduce cost and elevate customer experience
  • Strategic account planning and execution skills
  • A go-getter who knows how to thrive & win in an agile & competitive environment who actively seeks out and creates opportunities
