[Remote] Endodontic Specialty Sales Consultant - San Francisco
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Henry Schein is a world-class healthcare organization seeking an Endodontic Specialty Sales Consultant. This role is responsible for achieving sales and gross profit targets, growing market share, and building long-lasting customer relationships in the endodontic products sector.
Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales and Gross Profit Targets for territory following a defined sales process
- Present, promote and sell products through extensive product knowledge
- Conduct product demonstrations and overcome customer objections
- Drive both capital and consumable sales. This includes making cold calls, identifying prospects, setting appointments, making effective qualifying sales calls, and managing sales cycles to close new business in all Endodontic categories
- Create a sales strategy for territory which includes growing existing customer relationships and identifying and leveraging key influencers
- Establish, develop and maintain exceptional business and customer relationships
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers
- Evaluate new sales tools and applications for feedback and further development
- Adhere to any activity related to funnel management, work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses, etc. using the available tools including the CRM
- Attend sales meetings, dental conventions and seminars as needed
- Respond in a timely and professional fashion to customer concerns, executing follow up actions to ensure customer issues/opportunities are communicated to appropriate departments
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Demonstrate ethical behavior by adhering to company and divisional organization policies and procedures
- Conduct business in professional and collaborative manner with all internal personnel in the execution of company programs as directed

- Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience
- Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline
- Master's degree or global equivalent a plus
- May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance
