[Remote] Technology Development Manager Site Operations

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PSI CRO is a leading Contract Research Organization with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The Technology Development Manager Site Operations will act as a liaison between Systems Development, Process Improvement, and business end-users, managing technology projects and ensuring departmental business needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Determines operational objectives within the department. Reviews, analyses, and proposes modifications to business systems to support departmental business needs
  • Communicates departmental business technology priorities to Systems Development and Process Improvement
  • Manages internal department business technology projects
  • Writes and maintains user documentation, provides training to end-users
  • Provides support and communicates potential business impact to end-users from all functional areas, acting as an escalation point and subject matter expert for departmental business technology systems
  • Participates in department initiatives related to new and existing business applications

Skills

  • College or University Degree, ideally in the life science or health care field
  • At least 3-year experience in clinical research
  • At least 2-year experience in Clinical or Site Operations
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
  • Understanding of technology and IT systems
  • Biomedical and Health Informatics is a plus
