[Remote] Content Strategist (Client Account Manager)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Influent Social is a B2B marketing agency specializing in LinkedIn strategies. They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to develop data-driven content strategies for clients, manage client communication, and ensure the performance of client accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop LinkedIn strategy for B2B clients using content marketing expertise, LinkedIn-specific knowledge, and industry research
  • Proactively manage daily client communication in Slack, email, and video calls
  • Perform independent research on client domains to deeply understand their industry tailwinds, industry headwinds, and their ideal customer profile
  • Generate innovative content ideas across various formats (videos, graphics, polls, GIFs, etc.) based on client performance and LinkedIn trends
  • Draft monthly interview questions and perform monthly interviews with clients (founders, CEOs, executives) to source content
  • Ghostwrite copy in client's unique voice while maintaining LinkedIn best practices
  • Organize content in client-facing project management tool (Ordinal), guiding the content review process and managing client feedback effectively
  • Operate Influent's proprietary AI system
  • Vibe code creative assets (graphics, lead magnets, etc) and prepare detailed creative briefs for the - video editing team
  • Analyze client data and make strategic recommendations
  • Prepare and present narrative-driven performance reviews
  • Oversee LinkedIn connection and messaging campaign strategy

Skills

  • Experience at a digital agency, directly managing clients (roles like account manager, client success manager, social media manager, etc.)
  • Experience working across multiple client accounts at once
  • Strong client management skills - highly likable and able to manage client expectations
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Strong writing ability with great attention to detail
  • Excited to learn a new domain and embrace a fast-paced startup environment
