They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Product Manager to join their Trust Hub product team, responsible for overseeing KYC Platform products and enhancing registration experiences while maintaining KYC standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, communicate, generate excitement for and obtain buy-in of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive planning, design, development, and launch of products that execute on the vision
  • Deeply understand customer needs and collaborate with engineering and UX to translate into product requirements and use stories
  • Define key metrics to evaluate product performance, constantly analyzing data to inform product decisions and measure success
  • Manage relationships and expectations with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Mentor junior PMs on product management best practices and support their professional development
  • Conduct regular data-driven business reviews that analyze product execution and revenue/market accomplishments

Skills

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management in SaaS, IaaS or PaaS
  • Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving product strategies
  • Command of analytical thinking skills with the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to make product decisions, get executive buy-in, and drive towards measurable outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels and present effectively to internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding and the ability to dive deep while also keeping perspective on the big picture goals
  • Initiative, ownership, and accountability to decode vague priorities, manage conflicting inputs, and drive initiatives forward against ambiguous and complex challenges
  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience building products/services related to APIs, developer experience
  • Experience working with telecommunications or other regulated ecosystems
