[Remote] Account Manager – Oilfield Equipment & Aftermarket Solutions

The Account Manager will drive commercial growth for AJIC’s oilfield equipment and aftermarket portfolio by developing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and converting equipment and service opportunities into revenue.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts across AJIC’s oilfield equipment, spare parts, service, refurbishment, and aftermarket support offerings
- Develop new business opportunities with E&P operators, pressure pumping companies, oilfield service providers, industrial customers, and equipment users across the North American market
- Sell and support AJIC product lines that may include frac equipment, electric frac systems, turbine-driven frac equipment, coiled tubing units, cementing equipment, flowline products, plunger pumps, spare parts, wellhead equipment, and related field support solutions
- Build customer relationships with procurement, operations, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and executive-level stakeholders
- Lead consultative sales discussions by understanding customer equipment needs, operating conditions, technical requirements, delivery expectations, and commercial decision drivers
- Develop quotations, proposals, pricing recommendations, sales strategies, and account plans that support revenue growth and margin targets
- Identify cross-sell opportunities tied to installed equipment, spare parts demand, service needs, refurbishment work, and long-term account development
- Coordinate with product, engineering, service, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure customer requirements are properly understood and commercially supported
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity, customer notes, opportunity stages, forecasted revenue, and account follow-up actions
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, business reviews, facility meetings, and field-related discussions as required
- Respond to customer issues with urgency and coordinate internal support to protect customer satisfaction, account retention, and future revenue opportunities
- Represent AJIC at trade shows, customer meetings, product demonstrations, and industry events to increase market visibility and strengthen customer engagement
- Track competitor activity, customer buying trends, equipment demand, pricing pressure, and market opportunities within assigned accounts and territory
- Deliver assigned revenue, margin, pipeline, customer development, and account growth targets
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent oilfield equipment sales experience may be considered in place of degree requirement
- 5+ years of sales, account management, business development, or commercial experience in oilfield equipment, industrial equipment, energy services, pressure pumping, power generation, or related technical product lines
- Proven ability to grow customer accounts, develop pipeline, manage opportunities, and close technically oriented commercial sales
- Working knowledge of oilfield equipment sales cycles, customer decision-making, quotations, proposals, pricing, and post-sale support
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including procurement, operations, engineering, maintenance, and leadership teams
- Strong commercial discipline, negotiation ability, customer follow-up, and account planning capability
- Experience using CRM systems, maintaining sales forecasts, and tracking customer activity
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, field meetings, trade shows, and business development activity as required
- Experience selling or supporting frac equipment, electric frac systems, turbine-driven equipment, pumps, cementing equipment, coiled tubing equipment, flowline products, high pressure iron, wellhead equipment, or related Jereh-style product lines
- Existing relationships with E&P operators, pressure pumping companies, oilfield service companies, industrial customers, or upstream equipment buyers
- Understanding of aftermarket sales, spare parts demand, refurbishment opportunities, service support, and installed-base account development
- Experience supporting customers in shale operations, field service environments, equipment maintenance, or high-pressure pumping applications
- Familiarity with North American oilfield markets, including customer buying behavior, service company operations, and equipment replacement cycles
