Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Administer HR programs, policies, procedures, and employee communications
  • Maintain HRIS records and generate reports to support business decisions
  • Support training, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement HR best practices

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
  • 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
  • Passion for supporting employees and driving organizational success
