Position Overview: We are seeking a part-time, experienced and talented paid Google Ads Specialist to help us drive more traffic to our website and ultimately, book more consultation calls... Key Responsibilities: - Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, copywriting and landing page optimization- Continuously monitor, analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize click-through rates, quality scores and conversion rates- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and negative keywords- Utilize audience targeting techniques to reach the right demographics and segments- Perform split testing of ads, landing pages and other campaign elements to improve overall performance- Set up tracking mechanisms and provide regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist, with a track record of successful PPC campaigns- Google Ads certification highly desirable- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other PPC management tools- Ideally based in the United States- Available for 5-10 hours/week to start (or paid on a monthly retainer basis depending on project scope) If this opportunity excites you, apply now, and please include examples of past successful PPC campaigns you've managed.
