[Remote] Post Acquisition Integration Consultant

Confidential Jobs is a global organization seeking a highly experienced Strategic Integration Lead to drive a large-scale, enterprise-wide integration effort following an acquisition. The role involves partnering closely with executive leadership to ensure operational continuity and deliver synergy targets across multiple functions.
Responsibilities
- Translate integration objectives into actionable workplans, milestones, and governance structures
- Establish and manage Integration Management Office (IMO) cadence, reporting, and decision-making frameworks
- Identify, quantify, and track synergy opportunities across cost, revenue, and operational efficiencies
- Partner with finance and business leaders to ensure measurable realization of targets
- Assess combined real estate portfolio and recommend consolidation, optimization, and cost-saving initiatives
- Coordinate with facilities, operations, and finance teams on execution
- Align organizational structures, roles, and talent strategies across entities
- Support workforce planning, retention strategies, and change management initiatives
- Collaborate with IT leadership to align systems, platforms, and data strategies
- Prioritize integration sequencing and risk mitigation across core systems and infrastructure
- Coordinate across HR, IT, Finance, Operations, and Real Estate to ensure integrated execution
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and functional leaders
- Drive adoption of new processes and operating models
- Support development of internal communication strategies with sensitivity to confidentiality
Skills
- 10–15+ years of experience in post-merger integration, management consulting, or enterprise transformation
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional integrations in large organizations
- Experience with synergy tracking, IMO leadership, and executive reporting
- Deep familiarity with at least two of the following: Real estate / facilities optimization, Human capital integration, Enterprise technology integration
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence at C-suite level
- Highly structured, data-driven, and outcomes-oriented
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and confidential environments
- Top-tier consulting experience (e.g., MBB, Big 4, or equivalent strategy firms)
- Experience supporting integrations within global or multi-entity organizations
- Background in security services, facilities management, or adjacent industries is a plus
